Terms of Use

Scope

These terms of use govern the use of the service provided under this domain ("Service") between the operator (see Legal Notice) and the user.

Description of the service

The Service provides a personal organisation platform for tasks, reminders, targets, dreams, ideas, outfits, calendar entries and shopping lists. Use is free of charge. There is no entitlement to specific features or continuous availability.

Account and credentials

Use of the Service requires creation of an account with a valid email address and a password. The user is obliged to keep credentials confidential and to protect them from third-party access. In case of suspected misuse, the password must be changed immediately.

Permitted use

The user undertakes:

  • not to use the Service for unlawful purposes;
  • not to abuse the Service, in particular not to circumvent security mechanisms, not to perform automated bulk requests and not to upload harmful content;
  • not to share credentials with third parties;
  • not to reverse-engineer, scrape or perform data mining against the Service.

Availability

The Service is operated with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, faults and outages may lead to temporary unavailability.

Liability

The operator is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The user is responsible for backing up their own data.

Termination and deletion

The user may delete the account at any time without giving reasons. Upon deletion, all associated content data is removed. The operator is entitled to suspend or delete accounts in case of repeated or serious breach of these terms.

Changes to the terms

The operator may adapt these terms as required by changes to the legal framework or feature scope. Changes will be communicated to the user appropriately.

Governing law and jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where the user is a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction is – where permitted – the operator's place of business.

Severability

If individual provisions of these terms are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
